Felicia Durling grew up in the Temecula Valley where she attended The Linfield School as a Magna Cum Laude graduate. Felicia then graduated from Point Loma University in San Diego and continued her education at the Institute of Chemical Dependency were she quickly became a leading addiction influence. Felicia became Program Director at a residential crisis center in Bend, OR and then Clinical Director at an outpatient treatment program overseeing outpatient ambulatory detox, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment in the Temecula Valley. Felicia has been in the field of recovery for 15 years offering community recovery groups, specialized treatment and program training and consulting. Felicia has deep passion for training, utilizing her written model Heart Culture, helping thousands recover from life’s painful places. Felicia’s heart for cities is evident by her effortless work overseeing The Center and training and consulting all over the nation.
Andrea Salzbrunn CADCI, CPC is a graduate of the Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies and the Life Coaching Institute of America. As Program Director of The Center and New Possibilities Parent Support, Andrea has dedicated herself to assisting individuals and their family members in achieving recovery from the effects of addiction on their lives. Andrea’s passion, born of personal experience with her own son’s addiction, is to help parents that are faced with the same painful reality by providing individualized recovery coaching, education workshops and weekly parent support groups. Andrea’s dedication to The Center’s mission is in unrelenting pursuit of seeing families recover. Andrea and her husband John have two sons and have resided in the Temecula Valley for over 25 years.
Ricky is one of the Primary Care Counselor at The Center, adding a rich sober coaching skill to groups and is an amazing addition to the team. He is passionate about his community and seeing the addicted set free. Rick is the heart of the facility, changing the lives of every client he encounters. Family members attest to the breakthrough work Rick offers to our clients.
